Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for U.S. domestic orders only.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 14-day window for U.S. orders only. Please reach out to arrange the exchange before shipping anything back.

International Orders

Please note that all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Custom orders and fresh floral arrangements are non-refundable and non-returnable.
