Return Policy:
At Tenmoku LLC, our top priority is to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us to discuss your.

Fresh Flowers:
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer refunds for any delivered flowers that are still in good condition. However, if flowers do not meet your expectations or arrive damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process. This return policy is valid only for customers located within the United States. International customers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Vases:
If your vase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us to initiate the return process within 24 hours of delivery. We will either replace the vase or provide a refund. For returns requested for any other reason, the item must be in its original condition. Returns of vases are accepted within 30 days of delivery only for customers within the United States. International customers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Flower Arrangement Workshops:
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. You can either choose to reschedule for a later date or receive a full refund if your billing address is within the United States. If you request to cancel within 48 hours of the workshop, we will be unable to offer a refund, but you can reschedule for a later date.

 The return policy is only applicable to customers located within the United States, and that any international orders cannot benefit from this policy.
